The CRIUS3500 Residual Chlorine Analyser is the first of it's kind in the world to offer automatic calibration. Cleverly engineered and using state of the art electronics the CRIUS 3500 is able to save customers considerable sums of money by autocalibrating at a user defined time intervals. The membraned polargraphic probe, is enhanced with a third, reference, electrode which eliminates zero drift. pH correction is often not required at all. Where it is required there are options for using Carbon Dioxide or a more traditional acid buffer. A Total Residual Chlorine measurement probe option is also available. The CRIUS 3500 offers a vast array of communication protocols including Bluetooth, TCP/IP (with webserver), USB, RS485,TTL Relays and 4-20mA outputs. It is possible to interface and control the CRIUS 3500 remotely, enabling data, alarms and setup information to be sent direct to your computer, PDA or mobile phone. Despite all of the additional functionality that this unit has to offer, the purchase costs are less than, or comparable to, its competitors. If you then add in the cost savings of a truly automatic (no operator present), calibration system, some will achieve a replacement payback of only a few months. |

Water Treatment
Anywhere you have a requirement to measure the residual chlorine is a suitable application for the CRIUS 3500. The CRIUS 3500 is particularly suited to working in remote sites where reliability and the ability to autocalibrate will save man hours and money. |
Inlet/Outlet Monitoring
Changes in legislation require all rivers to be chemically categorised. This puts new emphasis on companies using and/or discharging chlorine based chemicals to monitor both their inlet and outlet for chlorine residuals. The ability of the CRIUS 3500 to work unattended and report results over an intranet or via SMS makes it particularly suitable for these applications. |
